On The Waterfront was not one of my favorite movies. Im not one to watch gang mafia type movies. It wasnt a horrible movie it just wasnt one that i would pick for myself to watch. I did like the fact that i had a romantic aspect to it. I felt that there were some good scenes in this movies and one of the best as my teacher pointed out was the sandwich scene because its so realistic and he bits into it and he's talking with his outh full and it just makes that scene seem real. I also liked the scene where The main character terry malloy and Edie are walking together and she drops one of her gloves and he plays with it and ends up putting it on, it showed his sensitve side that he wasnt a badass no good type of guy. I would recomment it because i think its a movie that everyone should atleast watch. it isnt a horrible movie not by a long shot but once you start to get into the movie it isnt as bad.
